We recently bought a house in Alberta and are making the move there from BC in the next month. She viewed houses with us via FaceTime, and in person with my husband. Sandra proved time and time again her knowledge of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property she would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliance, etc. She always answered every call or email no matter the time of day or night it was. We were very fussy clients and she never pushed us into any decision we didn’t want to make. She was extremely honest, hands on and really helped take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the “one” and ended up in a “bidding war”, Sandra walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers which ended up being the sole reason our offer was accepted.
